'World of Warcraft' film no more headed by Sam Raimi

  • World of Warcraft film adaptation is within production, but Sam Raimi is no more directing.

    Sam Raimi is not directing the upcoming film adaptation of World of Warcraft, it absolutely was revealed to Crave Online only at that year's San Diego Comic Con.

    Despite being connected to the project since 2009, the Evil Dead director stated his exit through the WoW project is a result of scheduling problems with Warmane Gold for sale his current directorial project, Oz: The Great and Powerful.

    "Actually, they don't really have me directing World of Warcraft anymore because when I took the Oz job, they'd to move onto another director. They had to get started on making it."

    Raimi wouldn't reveal who's now directing the title.

    The World of Warcraft film has developed by Blizzard and Legendary Pictures, and it is produced by Blizzard's Chris Metzen and Charles Roven, who previously produced Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy. It is currently unknown if Icecrown Gold may eventually release.
